Jacqueline is a brilliant goldsmith. I had a ring made way too large and needed it downsized by more than 2 - which is the absolute max indicated by most. She walked me through the options and was clear on the risks, details and costs for each option. Despite the challenging task, she pulled through with the most cost-effective option and even completed the project in a very short time, having carried out additional research throughout the process. My overall feeling was that Jacqueline is able to provide a highly personalised experience and with a top-quality end result!

Ondertussen alweer even geleden ben ik samen met mijn (nu) verloofde bij SPOENK geweest, om een verlovingsring samen te ontwerpen. Wij hebben dit als erg positief ervaren! Op basis van positieve Google reviews en haar ervaring met edelstenen zijn we bij Jacqueline terecht gekomen. We zijn tot een super mooi ontwerp en ring gekomen door haar meedenken en adviezen aan ons. Jacqueline stond en staat altijd voor ons klaar om al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Ik vind de ring nog steeds elke dag mooier worden!
Contact opgenomen voor aanpassingen aan een nieuw horloge. Duidelijk over wanneer, hoe, kosten en wat er ging gebeuren vooraf duidelijk besproken en uiteindelijk sneller dan afgesproken klaar! Erg blij mee en het paste precies met wat de bedoeling was!
